The club confirmed they will play at the partially upgraded Camp Nou on Saturday. They will welcome the Bilbao team in La Liga over two years since relocating for construction to commence.
“We envisioned this comeback. The moment has arrived. Home again at Spotify Camp Nou.”
Attendance will be limited but 45,401 spectators can be present as per the current authorization. When completed, the Camp Nou is due to hold almost 105,000 spectators, a rise from the old capacity. The club said finished work included an updated entryway for the team plus modern locker rooms.
Preparatory Events
Barça organized a public practice inside the stadium in early November. They mentioned they are seeking authorization from Uefa to host the next European match versus the German side in December at Camp Nou. Their recent games have been held at the Olympic Stadium.
